Listening to promote in terms of leadership is much more than being silent. It is an opportunity to truly value someone else, their experience and their ideas. To give generously to both people and ideas your valuable asset – time, while being open and curious to the world. To generate questions that may result in responses you would never have heard and be willing to truly hear what is there to be heard in the noise of the world.
